Our Services

Originating Agro-Industrial Projects in Frontier Markets

Our core business is the origination, structuring, and financing of large-scale agro-industrial ventures in emerging and frontier markets.

We identify untapped agricultural value chains, design investable projects from first principles, and build them into bankable platforms suitable for international financing.

Our focus is on projects in the USD 100–200 million range, where scale, integration, and professional management unlock both strong commercial returns and meaningful development impact.

We work as a project co-founder, not as a traditional consultant. That means we take risk, align incentives, and build ventures alongside strong local partners.

Our Way of Working

Each project follows a disciplined institutional process:

  • Opportunity origination and concept design

  • Local partnership and equity alignment

  • Full technical, agronomic, and financial feasibility

  • IFC-compliant Environmental & Social Impact Assessments (ESIA)

  • ESG, governance, and risk structuring

  • Capital raising with DFIs, ECAs, and international investors

Our projects are built to meet the requirements of Development Finance Institutions and Export Credit Agencies, typically achieving 60–70% senior debt financing, with the balance provided by equity and quasi-equity investors.

We create permanent agricultural assets that are vertically integrated, export-oriented, fully ESG and IFC compliant, and designed for long-term operational excellence.

In summary, we do not advise on projects. We build them, own them, finance them, and take them to scale.

About the Founder

Adrian Per Rösiö is a Swedish national who has spent the past 20 years living and working in emerging and frontier markets in West Africa and South Asia where agripreneurs are challenged by fragmented agricultural systems and land aggregation challenges.

Drawing on historical examples of successful agricultural reform in Scandinavia where modernization, know-how, and model farming approaches helped reverse rural decline and mass emigration, Adrian's aim when founding R&R was to apply many of the same principles in frontier markets. This means combining scale, cooperative participation, technical rigor, and export orientation to help transform under-utilized agricultural potential into sustainable rural incomes and long-term economic value.
